Medical Gate provides accredited onsite medical course registration, certificate access, communication support, and SMLE practice tools for healthcare professionals. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and how we protect it.

Information We Collect

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, profession, Saudi Commission for Health Specialties number, selected courses, schedule choices, registration status, payment confirmation details, certificate records, and messages you send to us.

If you use Google sign-in, we receive only the basic identity information needed to create and secure your Medical Gate account, such as your Google account email address, profile name, and Google account identifier. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or other Google account content.

Course Registration And Certificates

We use registration information to reserve seats, confirm payment or contact preferences, coordinate course logistics, issue certificates when applicable, provide registration receipts, and contact you about schedule changes, cancellations, or follow-up actions.

SMLE Practice Tools

When you use SMLE or QBank features, we may store practice attempts, answers, bookmarks, notes, flashcard progress, timing information, performance summaries, and related activity so that you can resume practice and review your progress over time.

Uploads And Communications

If you upload a receipt or supporting image, we use that file only to process your registration or support request. We may contact you through email, phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, or other official Medical Gate channels when needed to complete your request.

Analytics, Ads, And Site Security

We use analytics and advertising measurement tools to understand site performance, improve user experience, measure campaign activity, and protect the service from abuse. These tools may collect page views, device and browser information, approximate location, referral information, and similar technical data.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the platform, including hosting, database, authentication, email, upload, analytics, and communication services. We may also share information when required by law, to protect Medical Gate, or to complete course and certificate workflows with authorized staff or accrediting-related partners.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain course and certificate records, support users, meet operational requirements, and protect against misuse. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to recordkeeping and legal requirements.
